ZA Coin is a reward scheme operated by ZA International Financial Services Limited. You can spend with your ZA Coin balance after logging into your ZA Fam account at ZA Mall at a rate of 100 ZA Coins = HKD 1.
How to earn ZA Coin?
1. You can earn ZA Coins by completing quests in ZA Bank App, or from PowerDraw after spending with ZA Card.
2. You'll get 10 ZA Coins upon first successful registration with ZA Fam.
3. You'll get 500 ZA Coins upon linking ZA Coin to your ZA Bank account for the first time.
What is the minimum amount of ZA Coin required for redemption?
To redeem from ZA Mall, you must use at least 1 ZA Coin for each item.
How do I redeem my ZA Coin on the ZA Mall?
You can access the ZA Mall catalogue to view the different products available for redemption. You have a choice to redeem items using your ZA Coin or a combination of ZA Coin and credit card or debit card.
Is there a cap on the number of gifts/vouchers for redemption?
Unless otherwise specified, there is no limit on the number of gifts/vouchers for redemption. You're welcomed to redeem as many gifts and vouchers as you wish, given that you have sufficient ZA Coin and while stocks last.
Where to check my redemption history?
You can check your redemption history in the 'My Orders' section at ZA Mall.
How is the price of a product at ZA Mall calculated?
The price of each product in the ZA Mall catalogue is displayed in terms of ZA Coin. The conversion rate is maintained at 100 ZA Coins = HKD 1, unless otherwise specified. For example, an item at a price of 5,000 ZA Coins is equivalent to a value of HKD 50.
Where does ZA Mall deliver to?
Our delivery covers all parts of Hong Kong.
